Presentazione del corso:
The course is aimed at medical surgeons and dentists who wish to refine surgical techniques applied to implantology. It includes a theoretical presentation of the procedure, immediately followed by hands-on cadaver practice. The practical training will be carried out in groups of two participants for each anatomical specimen. The presence of tutors ensures adequate support during the execution of the various surgical techniques. The goal of the course is to provide an in-depth understanding of anatomy, giving participants the opportunity to perform and learn both basic and advanced techniques in oral surgery and implantology.
LEARN
Surgical anatomy of the mandible and maxilla • Analysis and
management of anatomical risks during implant placement • Crestal incision techniques
and mesial releasing incisions in anterior and posterior areas • Identification and isolation
of the mental foramen and lingual nerve • Visualization of the mylohyoid line, mandibular
undercut and maxillary sinuses • Study of vascular and nerve structures and critical safety
points • Surgical approach to soft tissues and management of connective grafting areas
APPLY
During the hands-on cadaver practice, each pair of participants will
perform the main implant procedures under tutor supervision: • Placement of implants in
incisor and canine regions • Positioning of trans-sinus, pterygoid and zygomatic implants
Sinus lifting and management of reduced bone volumes • Exercises on incisions, flap
elevation and suturing techniques
A realistic training experience designed to refine manual skills and precision in a safe,
controlled environment.
ADVANCE
The Cadaver Lab is a decisive step in developing anatomical
awareness and surgical mastery. Through direct work on anatomical specimens,
participants gain a deep understanding of the complexity of the oral region and turn
theoretical knowledge into solid operative skills. A course that elevates safety, precision
and control in everyday implant practice.
